Peter has significant experience in corporate and
personal tax planning, corporate reorganizations, acquisitions and divestitures,
estate planning, litigation support and ethics and professional standards.
Over his years in public accounting he has assisted many clients with
a full range of services from start-up to eventual sale of their successful
businesses. Peter is a past member of the Faculty of Management, University
of Calgary, committee member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of Alberta Professional Conduct Committee and is currently an investigator
for the Complaints Inquiry Committee.

Peggy’s strengths lie in the tax planning as
well as business and financial advice for the start up business and
growing business. She has considerable experience in small business
start up requirements such as assistance with bank negotiations, financing
applications, lease/buy evaluation, business plan consulting including
cash flow analysis. She has designed and implemented accounting and
financial reporting systems for many businesses. She has solid working
knowledge in human resource areas such as compensation planning and
is able to provide advice with recruitment. She is currently a volunteer
member of the Complaints Inquiry Committee with the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Alberta.
